I gave neutral feedback to a seller who sent me the incorrect size, they are now asking that I remove my feedback before they send me the correct size. How do I go about this please?

Just a suggestion, but maybe next time you could try contacting the seller before leaving feedback. Decent sellers are usually happy to rectify a situation but they can't fix it if you don't contact them first
You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means

Did what you receive have the same measurements as the listing?
It was fairly detailed.

Thanks for your suggestions, the item was a dog harness and I have a 2mth old staffy, she's only quite small at the moment but I ordered a medium knowing she will grow into it however when it arrived the packaging had no sizing on it so I wasnt sure what size I had received. It 'just' fits my puppy so she will not get too much use out of it.
It wasn't an expensive item and I never worried too much however I did give neutral feedback and stated I had received the wrong size.
I do realise now as someone suggested above, that it would have been way better for me to contact the seller first, Ive told them this and they have told me I must remove my feedback before they send me a medium size.
I have heard from this company again this morning and they have suggested I do this -
Please send an email to the receiver: ukinvestigations@ebay.com
the subject line should be :IV%ORC103 Confirm Feedback removal request
and just send the sentence :โMy user ID:arpaulene I left the wrong feedback on this item 231017127090 I agree to remove the negative feedback for the seller 97k-cube
Of course I risk the chance that I remove the feedback and they do not send me another, I guess thats a risk I have to take.

Tell them the feedback stays until you have your replacement item then you will consider revising it! In these situations never alter feedback until you either have the correct product or a refund.
Their message is nonsense - after you have the replacement they should send you an eBay request to revise your feedback.

Most harnesses will have a little tag to say what size it is but the harnesses from those overseas sellers are just not true to size ( I have had to purchase at least 3 sizes up)
However if there is no tag then you can't be sure that they haven't sent a M , even if their M is more then likely a S here .
I seriously doubt any seller that uses feedback extortion on the promise to resend another item will do so . Perhap buy another larger size and donate the small one to a animal refuge.
just a thought , a Staffy has a very broad chest . These cheap harnesses are more then likely not suited anyway especially to a growing puppies chest wall . If you visit a Pet store they will be able to help you , or check with the online Vetinary stores .
