Have you contacted the seller to ask where they are? if not then you should do that. If you then get no satisfaction then you take it further. I can't see where you have purchased any jerseys under this ID

The seller is new has no negatives but he is from New Zealand so 2 weeks is barely enough time for your parcel to arrive if it happens to get caught up in customs.
