is anyone else getting constant "your request cant be completed at this time" messages?

everytime i try a link i get this so i try a differentt link and it works- if i try the watch list link on the left of screen get it- if i go via watch link under my ebay at the top of screen i dont

Yes when I try to use ebay via internet explorer.  Ebay want us to use Chrome.  I am sticking to Firefox........
