selling 9" inch Android 4.2.2 MTK6572A Dual Core 1.3GHz Dual Sim Smart Phone Tablet PC.

claims items will be sent within 24 hours after payment . 3days now and does not post item

or reply to messages.

I suspect you are not going to get your item.  The seller has a history of selling soft toys, not electronic items.  It could be a hijacked account.

He has already received negative feedback today for those items which have only been listed since the 16th.

I think I would open a dispute immediately if you can, or at least as soon as the system will let you.
