How can we ensure that traders are based in Australia when they state they are?

I recently choose sellers in Australia in my search list and found out later that they were in fact in China. If I search for Australian listings it should only show Australian based sellers shouldn’t it?

why when I search for Australia only do I end up with overseas items?
