An item remains the property of the seller until it is bought and paid for. There are a number of reasons that they may have withdrawn the listing - they may have misplaced it, it is no longer for sale, it has become broken etc.
Just move on and try to find another from another seller.

If the item was ended by the seller it will appear at the end of your Watch List as Ended.
If it has completely disappeared, as in there is no trace of it. that means it was ended by ebay as there was a problem with the listing...possibly a fraudulent listing.
There is nothing you can do but move on and look for the item from another seller.

I'm finding this more often with sellers now. Two items I had on my watch list for me to place a bid a bit closer to auction end were pulled by the seller. I believe it's a case where they are afraid they will not get the price they want for it if the auction is left to run it's course. Also it could be that they have had an offer to purchase the item off Ebay especially if they also have a B&M store. As said earlier, disappointing but nothing you can do. You should eventuallly manage to get what you're after through another seller.
