my first e bay exsperiance brought bow on ebay from seller name with held for now paid on 30.3.14 still no bow was told he will put money i paid back  in account and ring me still no money or call todays 5.5.14 quite a while  wouldnt you say .never again with this seller lies all i got but thanks to ebay and pay pall i might get money back so make sure also get tracking number

Did you pay by Paypal? If so, open an Item Not Received case immediately. You will then have 20 days to escalate to a claim (which you MUST do if the dispute doesn't get the required response). Or have you done so already? Like I said up there ^

If you paid by bank deposit you have probably done your dough.

Also note that there is a 60 day limit for leaving feedback, but I would try the dispute first, if applicable.

No you can't name other members. If you do, at the least the name will be edited out by the mods.

Ouch - you are very impatien OP - it does take time to get an item from China - if you want it fast, buy local.

You may well not get your Bow anyway - it would be classed as a weapon and customs is likely to seize it.

If this happens, please don't blame your seller, it is not their responsibility to know what items can and can't be imported to our country.
