I bought and paid by paypal for a dress from THRIFTWARES and did not get it, i did not get a refund, THRIFTWARES will not answer me and paypal will not help me, be very careful with your money

All you can do now is to leave negative FB with calm and professional comment; something like:

did not arrive, waited past 45days for replacement, now no reply

If you used your credit card to fund the PP payment you may be able to do chargeback through your bank.

The company asked us to wait a few more days for the parcel to arrive, then they said it had been delivered but to the wrong address and then that was after the 45 days and we have done the right things, it is the compay that has not, thanks for the feedback

never wait wait past the 45 day dead line, 40 days is when a dispute should be opened and then escalate to a claim ASAP after that.

If funded by credit card try contacting them advising you have suffered a loss due to fraud

If they are a registered business, you make have recourse through your Dept of Fair Trading.
