Presume its the Sass & Bide dress-new seller who has already received pos with neg feedback re non payer.
They have also never left feedback for any seller-weird.

I have also had a bad experience sending something small & flat with tracking to my daughter in UK. They were only there for 2 weeks, staying with the inlaws, before going on to tour continent. So thinking I will make sure they get it before they leave I spend small fortune on sending it with tracking. It took 4 weeks!!!! When i went back to the PO asking where it is because I cannot track it, they told me the "tracking" is only available to them, and only until it leaves the country, and according to that it was scanned as getting on the plane day after I posted it. My daughter and her husband had to fly back to London from Germany to collect it before they continued on their travel to Africa.
So 3 weeks is not something I would be panicing about too much. I would leave it for another week or 2, and then open dispute.

I would wait until 20 working days after cleared payment and if nothing open a dispute, you can then give it another week before escalating to a claim.
Mail from the UK to Aus is often very slow but it is usually faster from Aus to the UK so I would have expected to be there within 2 weeks. AP's tracking is not the best, often parcels don't have any events logged until after they have been delivered.

Hi Vastrianta,
I wouldn't worry too much about the lack of online tracking as Registered Post International does not include online tracking from our end, though once it has arrived in the UK you can usually track it on http://www.parcelforce.com/
My records currently show that this parcel was posted on 17/10, and left Australia on 18/10. It hasn't been scanned into the UK just yet, but hopefully won't be too much longer now.
