This is a member to member forum.
eBay do not usually come here.
The person to talk to is the seller, in the first instance.

these discussion boards are a member-to-member forum. You are not communicating with eBay here.
If you supply more details about the transaction, like the date of the transaction, how you paid, when you paid etc, you will be able to get advice from other members about how to proceed.

Hi, these boards have members of eBay just like yourself.
It is debatable, but commonly believed that eBay do not read these boards.
I'm not an eBay employee, but I may be able to help you, if you would like, otherwise you can contact an eBay representative via the Customer Support tab to the top right of your screen.

yeah well, you're really on Dodgy time.
So tell me, did you say hello to the Queen for me? William and Harry?

Sorry, not in my area. My 'palace' is only a few klms from the Scotish border.
Did meet Prncess Anne once, gave her a cup of tea even.
It is bleeping freezing today, can't wait to get back, 19 days and counting.

Near the Scottish Border, eh?
So, ya gave Gordon Ramsay a kiss on the cheek for me then?
Hot as here, even now in the middle of the night!
I've only ever offically met Zara - earlier this year when she was here for the Magic Millions - OH was butler for her, and she was there one night when I took the kids in to see their dad, so she said to him to bring them up to meet her LOL - was nice of her - talked to Little crikey about horses for a few minutes - but I was an apprentice chef in '88 and a fair few of the royals ate where I was working, so technically I got to feed them, but didn't get to meet them LOL - got to peek through the dining room door at them tho.
EDIT my grandma was so jealous, she loved the Queen
