Wallet, have you tried using the Customer support link at the top left of your screen?
Click on that link (or use this one here) Ebay Customer Support
Then on the leftish side of the page, about 3 inches from the top are two headings which are actually links if you press them. The furtherest to the left is called "Find an Answer", and just to the right of that is another link called "Contact eBay".
You will then be presented with three choices to select from, Buying, Selling or My Account. Hover over the one which most closely resembles your concern and a more detailed list of issues will appear. Select the one that most closely resembles your concern, and click on it. This will take you to a new page.
On the right hand side of that page are two further options. You can elect to send eBay an email, OR the option above that says "Call Us"
Click on that link and you will be given a 1800 number on which to contact a real live person from eBay and a one time passcode that you will need to enter into your phone pad when directed.
