What can be done about a seller who doesn't send the goods and manages to stall buyer for 45 days?
I can't leave feedback or get my money back from yallstore.

Not too sure about the seller.....but as horizon said.....did you open a dispute?
The buyer should be severley thrashed with a feather, locked in the stocks & made to do a Bart Simpson by writing 1000 times...
"I WILL NOT ALLOW MYSELF TO BE STALLED BEYOND 40 DAYS".

PS unfortunately, you are not allowed to name & shame here. The Mods will remove the ID shortly. Please, in the future, never let a Seller stall you. Open a dispute.

you can still leave feedback for up to 60 days.
if I was you I would leave a neg. If the seller then bribes you to remove it, don't. But in the meantime you suggest to them if they refund you in full you will think about revising the feedback. Don't though.

With nearly 14,000 less than happy buyers and a dreadful feedback score of 98.7% I can't imagine why you would buy from them and even if you did why you would not open a dispute in a timely fashion never mind let it go over 45 days.
I would never buy from a high volume seller with feedback of less than 99.5% and even then if I took the risk because it was a cheapie I would be opening a dispute after a reasonable delivery time no matter how much the seller tried to string me along.

I completely agree with pj.
I do feel for a buyer ( in this case the OP) who in good faith gives the Seller the benefit of patience. Its disgusting that so many take advantage. The dispute/claim processes are there for a reason so a situation like the OP's does'nt happen. It is the responsibility of everyone on any online buying platform to avail themselves of all the protection policies & procedures.
Looking at this Sellers FB it is odd that the DSRs dont really reflect the Sellers performance IMO.

ebay doesn't allow you to open a dispute on items purchased over 45 days ago. That's why the unscroupulous sellers stall for 45 days.

Totally agree - it won't happen again. I have given myself feather bruises. 😉
