If you went through Paypal and Tullamarine was the address provided by the seller through the dispute, then you have buyer protection. Regardless of where it ends up.

Understand that, there is no problem with the phone being returned or replaced, the seller has being ok with communication, but my issue is with the sellers claiming that the items are in Australia when they clearly are not. It makes a big difference with postage times when an item is needed asap.
