feedback per item rather than feedback per seller...possible?

Hi,

When we leave feedback, its generally about an item we've bought. So, doesnt it make sense to have feedback reviews not only about the seller, but more specifically about the product that they've sold.?

Some sellers have hundreds of items for sale and although their overall rating might be high, if they have have a product which is not up to standard then this product might be attracting the negative or neutral feedbacks.

Also, It can take some time to work out if the item I want to buy has already been rated by a previous purchaser so I think if you had product feedback, that would be good.

Is this feature already available? If not, consider it please.

I hope I'm reading your question properly ? What I would do in that case, I would go through the Neg FB ( if there is any)  and look to see if the item that you are thinking about is there and try to determine if that item is not up to standard.

Ps So you are talking more about a Product Review as opposed to  FB left for a Seller ?

Hi. That doesn't work I f eBay don't list the item details in the feedback. Quite often they are blanked out.

No not looking for a product review. Just looking for people's thoughts on the item they have bought. Most negative feedback is about the postage or delays in receiving item.
Eg. If you were going to buy a camera and it was listed with great specs, wouldn't you want to know that it actually was as good as the description? Most sellers will talk up their item. Buyers will generally tell it as it is.

Google it. You can often find product reviews that are non-ebay based.

Google will give you product reviews that are from buyers so happy vs. not happy and why 🙂

Not just specifications or technical reviews.
