the positive fback is what they left for YOU.

you have left them a negative. You do not seem to have allowed sufficient time for the item to arive before trashing their fback

you only joined eBay a  few days ago.  only a couple of Business days from date of purchase to date you left fback.

NOT good.  when you left that negative you ticked a box to say you had contacted the seller to resolve the problem of non delivery....

I dont know where in Aust you live in relation to the seller, but a couple of business days is NOT SUFFICIENT TIME to get an ebay delivery.

if you plan to buy anything on ebay again. wait at least 10-14 days for an aussie delivery and 14-21 for an overseas before opening a complaint, and certainly wait more than 30 days before leaving fback.

your neg has a direct impact on a sellers ability to run their business, trashing it in a couple of days beause you are impatient is not good.

It says you gave negative feedback - today

You only purchased this item on June 14, the earliset he could have posted it was the Monday 16th.

Fair enough they say same day posting and you are both in NSW.... but...... gosh - it seems you may have been a bit impatient and rough on the seller.

Where does it say it has arrived?

Did you follow a tracking number?

Have you tried contacting the seller?

How did you pay? PayPal? Bank Deposit? Other?

WOWEE ... LIFE ON EBAY AS A SELLER IS HARD ENOUGH WITHOUT THIS KIND OF TREATMENT. THERE IS CORRECT PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW AND PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SHOULD BE DONE ONCE ALL OTHER OPTIONS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED AND YOUR STILL UNHAPPY. THE MAJORITY OF SMALL SELLERS WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP WITH ANY PROBLEMS ( I CERTAINLY DO ) SO PLEASE IN FUTURE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR SELLER. FAIRNESS MUST BE GIVEN FROM BOTH PARTIES. AND JUST TO TOUCH ON THE POSTING TOPIC, I LIVE IN NSW AND SENT AND ITEM TO QLD. THE BUYER MESSAGED ME 3 DAYS AFTER I MARKED IT AS POSTED BLOWING UP ASKING WHY HIS ITEM WAS SHOWING ON TRACKING THAT IT HAS GONE VIA WA. WELL..... UM HOW WOULD I KNOW. I TAKE IT TO THE POST OFFICE AND ONCE ITS THERE ITS OUT OF MY HANDS. HE RECEIVED IT 2 DAYS LATER. BUYERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THINGS OUT OF OUR CONTROL HAPPEN AND WE ALL NEED TO NOT BE SO QUICK TO GET UP ON OUR HIGH HORSE.

You definitely need to allow more time for delivery,

I always check the feedback of sellers before buying from them.  If the DSRs are even across the board and buyers say items were posted quickly, I will probably leave it for approx 12 days before contacting them.  I figure with their good record there may be Aust Post issues rather than tardy sellers so I will make enquiries to find out if anything is amiss. Just enquiries mind  you - definitely no feedback.  If they are slightly down on the postage time DSRs then maybe they aren't as quick, so I may allow more time - 2 weeks min often more before contacting them.  If I want the item, I've already been 'warned' by the feedback and/or DSRs that posting may be slow, so while I might hope to get my purchase quickly (and I still might) perhaps it won't be.

When I first bought from overseas I used to allow exactly a month before contacting a seller if my item had not arrived.  There was little tracking and the postal timings (especially from the US) could be slow or erratic.  A month to arrive was not unusual.  Things are improving so if there's no tracking I contact the seller after three weeks.

Sometimes there's a lag between when the item was marked as posted and when it actually was....particularly if you buy from someone who posts hundreds of items.  A few have marked items as posted when 'packed and ready to post' would be more accurate.  But then again sometimes sellers are slow or they've even forgotten to post your purchase.  It happens.

Put youself in the seller's shoes.  Can you guarantee you will ALWAYS post an item the day it is bought or the next working day?  Can you guarantee Aust Post or a courier will process and deliver the item as fast as possible?  Of course you can't.  Allow some time - and ALWAYS contact the seller first before leaving feedback.

I fear this is not going to end well.....all the seller's neutrals and negatives are for the item bought by the OP.

That's not really surprising Lyndal as the majority of the seller's listings are essentially for the same item which he's simply listed as being suitable for several different products, although it's a good way of getting around ebay's duplicate listing policy, I suppose.
