After being told by seller after a month that they would not be supplying my dresses and my refund would take another 2 to 3 months???? I opened a case against them which was returned in my favor, seller said they refunded my money, but, the funds did not clear from their bank account, Where do I go from here, especially when they are not answering emails, so angry, feeling scammed!!

have you called paypal about this?
under paypal buyer protection it would be paypal funding the refund, and then paypal chase the seller for funds, you, as the buyer would not be out of pocket
phone them
~~ ~~ ~~ Those who do right, have nothing to fear.

RING paypal....emails are useless in these cases.
If you actually won a paypal dispute you should have received the refund immediately from paypal. It is not up to the seller when the refund is made.

Paypal was telling you that they tried to take the refund back from the seller but there were not enough funds in his bank account.
I have never heard of this happening before...usually paypal refunds then chases the seller.
The only thing I can think is that the seller authorised the refund knowing that there was not enough money in his account. He was trying to stall for time.
It should be sorted out in a phone call.
