The seller you name shows as being registered in Hong Kong on their page (they can say the item is located *anywhere* which is why you need to look at a seller's feedback before buying anything, it will show you not only where the seller is registered but how many negs they have from unhappy buyers
So looking at their feedback, you can see several buyers have had problems with them
When buying off a seller on eBay, unless they are an authorised seller/re-seller of a brand, there is no warrenty (a seller may *say* there is, but that is nonsense) so little wonder Sony Australia will not honour a fake warrenty from an oversease seller not authorised to sell the product
Best never to buy things like a phone or other electronics on eBay

so how can we get these people to get more bad reviews

Don't buy from them. That way 'reviews' (called feedback on eBay) won't matter.
If enough people didn't buy from them it would not be worth their while to keep trying to rip off mugs.

Reviews are for the product, not the seller. A faulty product does not instantly make the seller at fault
But when a seller has several red dots (feedback) saying they have sold a faulty/fake/dangerous item ,then the seller knows jolly well what they are doing and are at fault
Sellers can have 100's or even 1000's of negs (red dots) but people still insist on buying from them
As mentioned, the only way to 'stop' them is for people not to buy from them
