You can either use Adanced Search (click Advanced next to the blue Search button), enter your search words and scroll down to Items near me
Or, enter your search words and on the left hand side panel click More Refinements and then Item Location
If you do a regular search once you've set the same refinements at the top click on Save Search and you'll be able to go straight to your Saved Search from your My eBay or have daily emails sent to you.
