Why do you have to send a pic?

If you are doing a return through an eBay or Paypal case all you need to do is upload the tracking number to the case.

If you aren't using tracking and/or haven't opened a case I forsee tears on your part.

Edit: It is against board policy to post personal information. It is also really, really not a good idea. Is this a RTS?
