Why do you want to? BIN is not a reserve price, as soon as there is a bid it disappears. If you are wanting to get a certain amount you need to start the bidding at that amount. If you have no bids, go and end the listing and start at the price you will be happy with. If you do have bids you will need to cancel them first.

Should explain better. I am negotiating with a buyer. the item is listed with same price buy it now as start of bidding value!! The buyer is willing to take less money than buy it now price but they cant seem to change the listing.

I am going to assume 'buyer' means 'seller' ? Seller needs to end listing, then re-list with the BIN at the amount you have both agreed on. Then as soon as it is listed, buyer clicks BIN and all should be well. Seller may be able to list as BIN not auction, but not 100% sure on that sorry. Good Luck
