I purchased items that didnt arrive and after 2 months I contacted the seller, who was great and quick to respond and refund to my paypal account. Now the items have arrived in the post (3 months from purchase).
I've googled, read info on this board and followed the only advise I can find and that is to use paypal to repay the seller, but I can't because the ebay sellers email address and details are not shown on paypal (just the seller's ebay name). I contacted the seller asking how to repay them and they said to just pay again through paypal. So I've looked at Paypal again but I still can't see how I can do it without the sellers contact details. Am I missing something? I can contact the seller again and ask these questions but I dont wont to bother them further if I can avoid it.
thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.

Just wondering if you can go through your email address which is attatched to your PayPal account and retrive the email from there.
Also can you get the sellers contact details via the contact process in Ebay which gives you their phone number and email?
Good seller too by the way to do a quick refund. he / she deserves the same which is what you're willing to do. Good, I hope you can easily get it happening.

Check your purchase history on your ebay home page-you can check back up to 2 years by using
dropdown box. There MAY be an hour glass showing as seller refunded.

thanks heaps for your quick reply, really helpful and appreciated.
Will do what you've suggested, smart thinking and really I should have thought of it.
Yep I agree about seller - good and genuine seller (I believe the big majority of sellers are brilliant on ebay and just a few buyers and sellers spoil it).
I'll post when I get it achieved in the hope that it helps anyone else in future.
thanks again for you help 👍😊

Have you clicked on the transaction and opened the whole transaction?
Most of mine give the seller's email address, although a couple do not.
If you are still having trouble I would ring paypal and ask them how to do it.....they are usually very helpful.

Thanks all for your suggestions and help .
I ended up phoning Paypal and getting the seller's email address so I could pay the seller.
Paypal said that Ebay purchases often don't have email or contact details listed and the only solution is to phone Paypal. However, after I phoned them I spent more time exploring my Paypal account and found
the seller's email address within the Paypal activity section by opening the 'click here to see shipment information' link.
Just to share information...
I tried all suggestions (thanks again)... I looked at my emails, the seller's Ebay profile/contact options, my Ebay purchase history etc and I couldnt find their email. I looked at 10 sellers that I've bought from and none had their email or direct contact information available. So it might be an Ebay member's option or Ebay driven so that correspondence/contact goes through Ebay.

On eBay there is no information if I look at the purchase history and then order details, but my PayPal receipts (in my normal mailbox) usually (not always) have an email address.
It has happened to me too a couple of times that an item had not arrived after two months and after contacting the seller I got a refund and then the item arrived and I had to contact them again.
Glad to hear you got your item!
