i bought something that was never sent. seller ignoring messages. how can i chase this up?

i bought and paid for a vintage nintendo 64 controller that i still really want (not just my money back). the seller wont respond to my messages. is there any other way to maybe contact ebay or something to try and force the seller to send me the item that i've paid for in full?

No way to force someone to send something to you. Open a PayPal dispute (hopefully you paid by PayPal) to get your money back. The seller you bought this item from already has 2 negatives in a row where the seller has not posted the item. Safe to say you won't get your item.
