If you would like eBay to call you, you need to click Customer Support (top-right of the page), then click Contact eBay and choose the most relevant topic from the menu, and contact options will be displayed.
If you are the buyer and an Unpaid Item case has been opened, the only way you can get it to close is to pay.
If you are the seller, you can close it if the buyer has paid, or after a full 4 days, then click on the case from My eBay, then click the 'Take Action' link and you will see the option to close the case (either with or without payment being received).
