Did you provide your phone number for them to contact you ?

If it has been a few days and you are concerned, you can get the contact details via eBay and phone them.

If it's the bed, it's only been 2 days, so give them another couple of days. If you still can't get hold on them by Monday, request their details from eBay and give them a call.
