i want to contact the buyer of an item to get their personal feedback

I used to be able to send buyers of an item a message to get their personal feedback about the item they recently purchased from someone.

I want to do this BEFORE I buy that same item from the same seller to see if the item was what they expected.

it seems that this ability has been turned off?

So, how can I contact them now?

You can not contact the buyers and it you could you should not...it is an invasion of their privacy.

Just do your own research on the item you are interested in....google is your friend.
