Did you pay with paypal?

If yes then go to your paypal account, find and open the page for the payment and scroll to the bottom and click on resolution center and open an item not received dispute and escalate to a claim As soon as the system allows.

The seller should just refund you straight away if they do not have what you paid for.

If you paid with bank dep then you are at the mercy of the seller as there is no protection with that payment.

And leave neg feedback for the seller as they should not be selling items they do not have and should refund without trying to send something else.

Do not be worried about getting neg feedback as sellers can not leave negs.

Also refuse a mutual cancellation request so the seller has to pay the final value fee.
