i opened a dispute for an item that hadnt arrived ebay ended up closeing it and refunding me and taking points off seller but my item has now arrived and i cant find out how to let ebay know and if they can please alter the sellers points as it was australia post who took so long not them. regards

Repay the seller as you will have their PayPal email address in PayPal and then send the seller a message telling them it arrived.
It is then up to the seller to appeal any defects they may have received on their account.
And to anyone else reading this, always remember a seller is not responsible for the time carriers take to deliver.
