Are you talking about a variation listing or something else?
What is the item number?

Yes, they appear to be variation listings which can sometimes be a pain.
You'll think an item is only X amount of dollars but it will turn out that the lowest price is for some other item in the list, not the thing you were looking at the ad for.
By rights (in my opinion) the variation listings should be for the same item, just in different colours, sizes or materials. I can understand that prices might vary between those but it is annoying when you open an ad thinking it is for one price, then find it is over double that price because the cheap item is completely different.
You will find variation listings used by quite a few Chinese sellers. Just make sure you check out their feedback before you buy & see if you can find guides as to sizing. In particular, check feedback comments about sizing as you may find that Chinese sizing is quite a bit smaller than our sizing, even with the same labels eg S,M, L.

So yes, as mentioned, they are variation listings
Did you have a question about them?
eBay 'allow' them, so not against policy so far as that much goes
But both are sellers registered in China who have horrid feedback, so hardly sellers buyer should choose to support regardless of what the listing is
