Have you actually emailed the buyer. One of my buyers sent a message saying sorry they didnt realise they had to pay more money and they would pay tommorrow. I emailed back and said "what for its all paid" and she says she got an email saying that i need more money,  which I did not send  and they had a BSB and ACC attatched to the email
