There is a fair bet, unless the item was coming from overseas that you are not eligible for eBay's MBG. It requires a buyer to be proactive and lodge a claim with 30 days of the last estimated delivery time.

Do you have tracking?

Maybe read up on buyer protection? And posting policies on the MEMBER to MEMBER boards, which specifically exclude posting member information.

We are just members here  not ebay.   What does the tracking sAy?  What was the EDD?  Where was the item coming from?
