purchased an item which by auction and paid for the item and hour later the item was relisted

I know the seller only had 1 item which they have relisted i paid and have tried to contact the seller but they will not respond to any of my messages. where do i stand with sort of dishonest seller.

Was it the denim shorts? If so it is a newbie seller who hasn't a clue what they are doing, selling something for five bucks with free express postage is going to see them out of pocket by a large margin.

Perhaps send them an email telling them that they are obliged to honour your purchase and they are not allowed to just ignore a buyer and re list.
