"free" postage on auction, postage charged. Seller now trying to force sale

The auction clearly stated free postage.

Seller tried to charge postage for it. This would have increased the sale price by about 80%++...

I offered (out of kindness) to pay half postage even though I have no obligation to pay any.

They agreed BUT wanted me to pay in full and claimed they'd refund me afterwards.

Since they had proven themselves to be deceitful I declined (politely) and asked for the sale to be cancelled.

They agreed BUT they insisted that I leave them positive feedback first.

I again declined as that would be an outright lie and would deceive other buyers.

Not they have maliciously opened an unpaid item case against me to try and force me to purchase their item.

Even if they now offer it with free postage I am not interested. Especially since they have agreed in writing to cancel the sale.

What do I do? (ps the online ebay chat feature is down atm so I can't 'talk' to ebay right now.)

Thanks.
