Very typical of sellers from Hong Kong/ China to stall buyers until it is too late for them to open a dispute
I hope you pay with paypal and opened a dispute there?
Not allowed to name and shame on the boards here so your post could well be removed totally when a mod comes on-line or at the least, the seller's name will be removed
Personally I would not be buying before checking feedback for anything I'm thinking of buying, and would not buy from this seller based on their feedback from other buyers
