The format has changed since I last had to do this? 'open a case' not an option anymore? I received an item not as described, I assume I open a 'return request' now instead? I want to select the option that guarantees the seller must accept the return and pay postage, but it is unclear which to select? doesnt match description? or wrong item sent?
