hi, what can i do when I bought an item and seller does not send the invoice with shipping rate although I asked many times, ebay does not let me pay cause shipping is not there, (item continuously figuring "unpaid" as if I am in the wrong)? is it possible to cance?

You can't cancel, only the seller can.
How long ago did you buy? Has the seller opened an unpaid item case against you? Is the seller in China?

I take it the seller is in Australia (as you are posting on the Aussie eBay forum)
And that the seller posts to Singapore (and it is not a pick up only item)
The time to ask about shipping cost is before buying , *usually* if it is not on the listing it is because it is either a pick up only item, or sent via freight, hence the need to ask before buying
The buyer cannot cancel , if the seller does not respond but opens an unpaid item dispute, you might need to phone ebay
But if you have sent constant messages, it is also possible that the eBay bots have picked up the messages as an attempt to by-pass eBay and pay outside, in which case they will have blocked the seller from replying at all

Have you checked paypal? They may have invoiced you there for postage
