seller has strung me along

The seller has strung me along.Saying they have reposted twice,  (The first one arrived broken)

I don't believe the seller has re-sent item

now I can't find anywhere to ask for a refund for my product with ebay as they have closed the case.

But I have the email trail, how do I contact anyone from Ebay  for a refund?

Probably too late for an ebay dispute now.   If you already opened an ebay dispute and it is now closed you cannot open another one anyway.

If you paid with paypal you can still open a dispute in paypal....you have 6 months for that.

Check with paypal as to if you can get it refunded through paypal.

Otherwise, I hope you paid with a credit card or a credit-debit card, because you might be able to go to your provider/bank and claim a chargeback as you were scammed.
