I contacted her the day i sent it back saying she will receive the dress mid week.
She sent back thanks
Looking in my paypal account she has not done the refund and now is not answering my messages

not much at all.
Never return anything without the direction of PayPal, and always remember your 45 day limit to raise a dispute with them.
So for now, youn just need to cross your fingers and hope the seller is just swamped down and is still getting around to honouring her word

OP - see if you can get the contact details for the seller -

It may be too late but give it a go and ring them.

I would suggest that the very notion of a "seller being swamped at the moment" would be sufficient to provoke fits of maniacal laughter!

I would say if 'too much time has passed' to make a claim and the buyer sent it back soon after receiving it, then the chances are pretty slim the seller is swamped. Could be wrong but I thought the time limit was 45 days. Any seller who could not respond within eg 30 days should not be in business.
No, I think the buyer has done their dough.

yeah well, i thought that was a nicer way of saying "you ain't ever gonna hear from that seller again, and he's alrerady spent your money at the racing track"
