seller using another identity to bump up there bids , how to report

a seller i bought off has been using other accounts to bid up his auctions , how do i report this seller

Also, if they have current listings and the seller is shill bidding, on the auction page, on the right hand side underneath where the photos are there is a Report Item link.

Click on that and then choose 

Report category - Listing practices

Reason for report - Fraudulent listing activities

Detailed reason - Seller is using other accounts to inflate item price.

Seen this before. I know a few sellers who do this ALL THE TIME and when you report them for the practise  ebay don't seem to bother. The listing still stays there and sells. Not long after, up pops exactly the same item from the same seller.  Makes me laugh at their antics. It must cost them a fortune in fees etc.

Ebay is very strict on shill bidding.   Have you ever thought that they were not able to prove a link between the two accounts?
