seller will not post unless I pay the postage after advertising free postage

Hi,

On the 20th November i purchased 2000 wooden beads from a seller in China advertising free postage and they are now telling me i have to pay for postage $10.00 they sent me a paypal invoice and will not post them unless I pay for the postage. After many emails asking them to post they still havent posted them just keep sending me emails to pay the postage. How to deal with the problem

I have bought 1,000's of wood buttons from China, no problem getting through customers as they are treated.
