Hi
I purchased a Sharp cash register from Tradeworkz in August 2015 and machine - keys have stopped working.
I have contacted tradeworkz and received a reply on 5th may 2016. I have changed the batteries and it made not difference.
I have not had a reply from tradeworkz since 6th May and this is very inconvient with the running of my business. I live 300 ks from Perth and need to know if this is to be returned to Tradeworkz or repairs to made under warranty.

This is a member to member board, not eBay.
You are way over time for an eBay or Paypal dispute.
Your best bet is to contact your Department of Fair Trading.
Also 6 May was Friday, today is Monday; not a lot of time when you consider the weekend.
