Item No. purchased. 323584829642 advertised as mint figurine. Item that arrived in box has chip on base. When checking the backstamp on the listing it is different from the one supplied. Listing shows 34 and 98 the chipped one is 17 and 81. How to proceed when the lister says no returns but has subsituted a damaged item.

Contact the seller with this info and if they are not helpful then open a case for INAD.
When a seller lists with no returns that only means no returns for change of mind.
All sellers on eBay are required to accept returns if an item is Not As Described.
