the feedback button is not working, what do I do?

hi there, i need some advice,

i would like to leave feedback for a purchased item, i click on leave feedback-- click on positiv-- click on leave feedback but nothing is happing.?? what do i need to do?

Just wait a while and try again....these glitches happen occasionally.
