I bought a printer, but I can not pay until the seller and me a total that including the freight cost. I have tried to contact the seller numerous times but not getting any response.
What should I do in this situation?

long ago did you buy/send messages? not everyone is online every day

It's been more than five business days. I have send fives messages, one every day.
The seller is a large second hand electronic dealer, I think he forget about his printer that requires his action in order to buyer to pay and he obviously does not check his inbox. I think he just think I'm a unpaying buyer.
What actions can I take, I don't think he will respond to my messages. I am keen to complete the transaction as this printer I bought was the cheapest I could find.

I had the same problem not long ago,I tried to pay but couldn't so I just had to let it ride until ebay deleted the transaction.
I really wanted the item as I got it cheap but the seller didn't want to give it away.
Don't worry about if you think the seller thinks that you're a non payer.
The seller will either invoice you or do nothing, and if the seller opens an unpaid item case then just pay it.
Although I have a feeling that you got the item cheap so the seller won't sell.
You could leave appropriate feedback on how you think the transaction went.

Just pay the invoice without the freight.
The seller will either realise, and send you another invoice for the freight. Or you'll get the freight for free.
Either way, it will push the order back into their awareness so you can get some action.

The pay button is grey out, I can NOT pay. I thought that I made it pretty clear in my first post that I am unable to make the payment until the seller send you the total invoice. Even the checkout page say that you can not pay until sell does so.

I bought through buy it now, so it must be above seller reserve price. If I leave neg, which I don't want to but will if it is my last resort to get seller attention. Couldn't the seller just ask ebay to remove it since I have not paid, from ebay point of view, I'm a non paying bidder?

If you're not able to pay and the seller does nothing about it then it will be deleted after 30 days.
You then won't be a non payer in ebays point of view as you tried to pay but couldn't.

I have exhaust all avenues, can someone tell me how to force a seller to honour their part of the contract?
If a buyer doesn't pay, the seller files for nonpayment notice, and buyer would get a strike if he doesn't pay within a time period. There is no recourse for buyer against non selling seller?
Also if I leave him a neg, will the seller be able to have eBay remove it?

You cannot force the seller to send the item to you.
As long as you are careful what you say in feedback there should be no reaon for it to be removed.....no bad language, no mention of ebay or paypal disputes. Just straight facts and not opinions.
