Hi Have been incontact with seller and will not answer any of my calls and emails . He said he sent me a new camera and gave me a tracking number which does not exist. ebay have called him and your only get a reprensentive . this seller is dodgey and should not allowed to sell things on ebay. as you can see of my recent emails to ebay he said it was 180 days ago but it comes with a 12months warranty. both him and his reps are telling lies .I would like ebay to deal with it and send me aother one. it not up to me .

Nobody who works for ebay reads these boards, we are all members just like yourself and have nothing to do with it either, we have not and cannot see any of your emails to ebay
Have you opened a dispute through paypal and/or contcated ACORN?

This is a public forum not eBay.
And IT IS up to you.
You should have opened a case before the deadline expires to get a refund. 30 days in eBay and 180 days in PayPal.
It is clearly stated in all the terms n conditions as well as the rules n help pages you would have read whan you started on eBay.
If you have missed those deadlines you only have yourself to blame.
Go into PayPal and see if you can open a case for item not as described if it is not too late and provided you paid via PayPal.
