Ipurchased a moving head light from a largish seller, first off they sent me the wrong light, then said they had no more, then finally sent it to me but it is faultythey said not to worry and to send them a video,so I did, heard nothing for a while, sent more emails and they wanted another video but my camera gave up the ghost,so more emails, now they say they will reimberse me $40 so I can get it looked at but there paypal is not working at this time so they can not do so just yet.I have 2 more days before I can no longer leave feedback for them,so I don't know if there just stalling or what.Should I wait 1 more day and leave appropriate feedback and probably loose my refund or wait and risk loosing my refund and not getting to leave feedback, any suggestions??

Ebay bases dispute/feedback time on US time which is why the boardies usually advise opening a dispute at day 42 or 43.
Try logging in to the USA site....it is often possible to leave feedback for an extra day or so.

Ebay has removed the item from my list but I have managed to get the feedback page up(even though it says I have no feedback to leave).80 characters just aint enough room to say what I want to say.If I leave this as feedback can he get it removed....(Faulty item.offered part refund but claims paypal faulty, maybe, maybe not)....Surely a big seller would not have a paypal fault for a week, would they?

Awesome feedback comment - to the point, tells the story and you come off as a gentleman with the 'not a happy chap' remark - well done.
I may have to c&p this for future use LOL
