Ipurchased a moving head light from a largish seller,first off they sent me the wrong light,then said they had no more,then finally sent it to me but it is faultythey said not to worry and to send them a video,so I did,heard nothing for a while,sent more emails and they wanted another video but my camera gave up the ghost,so more emails,now they say they will reimberse me $40 so I can get it looked at but there paypal is not working at this time so they can not do so just yet.I have 2 more days before I can no longer leave feedback for them,so I don't know if there just stalling or what.Should I wait 1 more day and leave appropriate feedback and probably loose my refund or wait and risk loosing my refund and not getting to leave feedback,any suggestions??

Hoping you went through a PayPal claim, but I suspect that you haven't.
Matey, I doubt you're going to receive your refund. Leave the your feedback, don't risk running out of time.
If they really want to do the right thing, they will refund anyway, and maybe even ask you to revise your feedback (ask here for help first)
but once that 60 days passes, I doubt even the Lone Ranger will be able to help you seek any sort of justice

My experience tell me, if you wait more than 45days, you can't get money back, and if you wait over 60 days, you even no any rights to feedback. So put in your feedback, it is your right.

I did put in a claim within 45 days but they kept stringing me along saying not to worry and they will fix it.The 45 days has passed now though and only 2 left for feedback with them saying there paypal is not working at the moment...hmmm

what do you mean you put in a claim? What happened there?
You mean a claim with PayPal?

I think it is a paypal dispute, but anyway, it nearly 60 days, the last chance to help others know this is a bad seller, and this seller worth a negative feedback.
I am learning too, :))

I put in a dispute with paypal but did not escalate it to a claim as the seller said they would give me a part refund so I could get it fixed,If nothing has happened buy the time I get home from work this afternoon I will leave a neg feedback for them

Well it looks like you don't get 60 days to leave feedback as Ebay has removed it from my purchase history after 58 days for some reason.I purchased it on the 11th of January which should have made the 12th the first day and as there are only 28 days in February,Saturday should have been the 60th day,so it looks like you can't trust Ebay either,they must be in bed with this seller

January 11 - 31 = 20
February = 28
March = 31
April = 10
So, if you bought this on January 11 = 89 days
February 11 = 58 days

woops meant the 11th of Febuary not January,the dispute closses on the 14th but they have taken down my listing so i can not leave feedback
