I am sick and tired of thinking i am buying from an Australian based company, when all along they are sending the items from Asia, the item are usually broken due to the amount of times they are thrown around in the shipping process, or they dont work, their delivery is like 3 weeks or more, Sure if they deal from Asia... THEN STATE SO and stop misleading people, REMOVED is a prime example, they try to give the impression they are based in Australia and dont state they deal from CHINA these companies have that much negative feedback, yet ebay doesnt ban them for say 3 months from dealing till they lift their act, NO i am not being racist as i am Chinese myself, but i am sick of it i have had that much trouble with them trying to get the right item replaced or a refund, they always only want to give me a partial refund, when its all their fault, so why should i have to pay for their mistakes.... EBAY need to lift its game or a lot of dis satified customers will migrate to Amazon

More than 5 negative feedbacks per month should be banned for 3 months

Then do what most members here suggest :-
1. Look at their feedback and see where they are registered.
2. If they are a high-volume seller be wary of them if their feedback is less than 99.5%
3. Look at both negs and neutrals AND revised feedback.
4. If in doubt, don't buy from them.
Oz plaza look to be dropshipping from Asia, nothing wrong with that, but it can and often does lead to problems.
As has been said before on the boards, Asian registered sellers are governed by eBay in that country and are highly unlikely to take any action on location misrepresentation.

As from late November the Australian User Agreement was altered to provide that if an Australian-registered seller sells to a foreign-registered buyer, the Australian seller is subject to the User Agreement of the buyer's registered site and its policies with respect to that sale, including that site's eBay Money Back Guarantee policy.
One wonders whether foreign sites made reciprocal changes and, if not, why not, ie why did ebay Australia unilaterally hand control of these sales to the foreign ebay sites without getting the same concession in return for the benefit of its own buyers.
