i recently purchased a gopro, but instead of posting it when the item has been paid for, and acknowledged, i am told they will not be posting it for another 16 days from the day the payment has been accepted. whats the go there, my thoughts are that it should be posted immediately the payment is accepted.. as follows...
the seller says...
The GoPro will be delivered within 16 business days from date of payment. Business days do not including weekends.
Near the end of the 16 business day period, the parcel will be sent from the warehouse in Sydney by Startrack courier and a tracking number provided.
This deal is set at "16 business days" delivery for a cheap price $249. Delivery times cannot change.

There is not much point in worrying now.....you have no buyer protection of any sort as you paid with bank deposit. If it arrives, it arrives. If not just chalk it up to experience and use paypal in future.
If the seller is a registered Australian business (sounds unlikely) you could go to Fair Trading. You can also report the seller to the onlin Fraud Squad...it will not get your money back but may put a nasty scare into the seller.

"" the listing states "delivery within 11 to 16 days" also states in same listing "Will usually post within 10 business days of receiving cleared payment." ""
Possibly means that they maybe a long way from a postbox or Courier company so only post once a week, which I know happens for a few people in the USA, just saying.
So yea if not posted after 20 days + start sending messages asking why.
