Hello, sorry to hear that.
If you have paid with paypal you have up to 45 days to put in a claim.
What is / was your problem?

If you give us some more information about the problem we should be able to help and give you advice.

Very unlucky or impatient buyer by the looks of it but they will be happy with the new system soon.
OP do you ever contact the seller about a problem before leaving a neg? I gather you get refunds through PayPal or do you leave it over the 45 days that you have to get a refund?

Yeah, i just looked, very unlucky buyer.

Per the User Agreement (old and new) eBay are simply the platform used by both the Buyer and Seller. As the contract of sale exists solely between Buyer and Seller eBay have no place in the transaction.
Asking eBay to act as go-between is akin to requesting Westfield to take action to resolve an issue if there was a dispute between a consumer and a tennant operating a retail outlet in one of their shopping centres. Never happen.

Interesting that all of the Sellers neged, with the exception of one, are huge volume Sellers mainly based in China, a couple claiming to be based in Aus but, looking at the products I'm utterly unconvinced.
OF COURSE eBay aren't going to get involved in anything like that!
