that is very bad as the seat was very soiled very dirty and that is not advising buyers of this person also he promised to refund the money I paid and I said I would accept 1/2 back as I donated the item to charity. He is not being honest at all.you should be advising other buyers about this person. You did not inform me that you were going to removed his feedback.NOT GOOD FOR EBAY TO SAY I  COMMITTED A VOILATION.Iwas being the honest one,and being put down because he is lying.please go into this and reply to me.

The feedback you left has not been removed...it is still there for all to see.

BTW you are not contacting ebay here....this is a member run forum. Ebay does not read these  boards and will not respond to you privately anyway.

He ius not going to refund me..He stated in a email he would and he is a very dishonest person he did not say it was needing cleaning...You should leave the feedback on as it warns other people.but you removed my feedback and the next person will also have a problem.

As Lyndal said, you are not talking to eBay.

If you want a refund, open a Significantly Not As Described case. You WILL be required to return it at your expense by trackable means. If it is a car seat, as I suspect, this will be many $$, but that is how the system works.

Forget that. The one I can see you left a neg for was a pickup item. Which means you should have inspected the item before giving the cash to the seller and taking the item. And no way should you have left a neg for your inability to use your eyes.

Caveat emptor.
